DO THE REQUESTS HAVE A COST?
No, all the quotes are free and without any obligation of purchase.
IS POSSIBLE TO ORDER A SAMPLE?
Yes, for almost all our articles is possible to request a neutral sample (without personalization) by oaying the article and the shipping costs. The payment has to be done by bank transfer.
HOW TO PERSONALIZE THE ARTICLES?
Ciascun articolo, secondo il suo materiale e forma, può essere personalizzato con tecniche di stampa differenti. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AN ARTWORK OF THE CHOOSEN ARTICLE?
Yes, in our quotes we always include a free artwork.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times depend on the article chosen, on quantity and if there's a neutral or personalized article. On average the articles without personalization need at least 5/10 working days from the order confirmation; personalized articles need 10/20 working days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the ratio weight/volume and they will be indicated in the quote.
