You can ask for a sample before buying the product. You have to pay the article and the shipping costs.

METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time should be from 5 to 7 days for the articles without personalization and from 10 to 20 days for personalized products, after the approval of the artwork. If you have ddeadlines you can contact us and we will be pleased to verify the practicability. Importation merchandise needs from 30 to 90 working days . Delivery costs will be paid from the customer. PiPromotion is relieved from responsibility in the moment in which the courier takes the pack. 

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to PiPromotion) , has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to supply and without any penalty. For this right, the customer must send PiPromotion a communication to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to PiPromotion S.r.l., Via Benedetto De Falco n ° 16, 80136, Naples, or by fax to 0813000039, always sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, PiPromotion will quickly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods (except for those printed or embroidered). As the only one, in this case the customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods to PiPromotion. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. Without prejudice to repair costs for damage to the goods, PiPromotion will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 working days from the return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide a PiPromotion with the bank details (IBAN code of the current account of the invoice holder), in order to obtain a refund of the price.

DEFECTS IN SUPPLY

The customer will denounce defects in supplì in 5 days from the delivery day.  

Customer will denounce supplying vices in 5 days from the delivery by means of registered mail addressed to PiPromotion S.r.l., via Benedetto De Falco n.16, 80136, Napoli. It will be necessary to send at their on expense the artcicles that the customer consider non-conforming. Our control will determine if the articles should be returned. If the wares are considered compliant it will remain in our Headquarters till the customer’s pick up.
